Situated in Hart Essoura, the oldest quarter of the Medina, Riad Elizabeth is close to the Musee de Marrakech, the Medrassa Ben Youseff and the souks, only a 10 minute stroll from the Place Jemaa el Fna, and has good vehicle access.

There are 6 ensuite rooms at Riad Elizabeth, each one tastefully and individually furnished, and all with the benefit of iPod docks, air conditioning, heating and Egyptian cotton sheets. There are plenty of places to relax with a good book, play a game of backgammon, catch up on emails or enjoy a drink, the beautiful salon which overlooks the courtyard and stunning black tiled swimming pool, the comfortable and romantic b'hou, or the roof top salon with an open fire for chilly nights, or you can, of course, lie on a sunbed and soak up the usually reliable Morrocan sun. The large roof terrace at Riad Elizabeth also boasts a well stocked bar, the perfect place to watch the sun go down.

There are many and varied restaurants in Marrakech, which we will be only too happy to recommend, or, if you prefer, you can dine in the riad, or under the stars on the roof terrace, on magnificent Moroccan fare cooked by our wonderful cook Aziza. Riad Elizabeth is located in Hart Essoura, the oldest quarter of the Medina. It is close to the Medersa Ben Youssef, the Musée de Marrakech and the colourful spice and apothecary market of Rahba Kedima.

The legendary ‘square’ of Place Djemaa el-Fna can be reached by a 10-minute stroll through the bustling souk. The riad also has good vehicular access, a rarity for properties in Marrakech medina.
