Maison MK , situated in the heart of the Medina, is an exciting new addition to the cultural and creative scene of Marrakech. The 6 sensational ensuite bedrooms are extravagantly stylish and feature cutting edge design within a traditional Moroccan framework. The sundrenched roof terraces at Maison MK, shaded by billowing silk canopies are ideal for sunbathing during the day, transforming into a sexy & stylish lounge area by night.
Guests can energize themselves at the Maison MK gym or self-indulge at the spa before plunging into the refreshing cool waters of the designer pool. The two spa treatment rooms with dedicated in house staff offer a range of Western and authentic Moroccan treatments.
Food lovers are well catered for at Maison MK with the highly experienced European chef creating a French / Moroccan fusion of signature dishes. Meals can be taken either on the rooftop patio, in private dining rooms, or under the stars. Alternatively, the more restless can take a picnic into the countryside with a private butler, umbrellas, chairs, and mouth-watering picnic hamper in tow for a romantic lunchtime affair.
The historical Riad's six extravagant suites can be rented out individually or as a whole.
*Over 12's are welcome at any time, and if the whole riad is rented younger children are too.

Master Suite
All beds are made by the King's own bed-maker, and dramatic silk chiffon artwork of sultry and exotic Moroccan faces flutter above the huge headboard. Silk draped chandeliers hang from the high ceiling and the cosy seating all round beckons you to the candle-lit fireplace. The throne seat adds the extra special touch.

Entire Riad - 13 Guests
Maison MK is available exclusively or non exclusively, with use of the Master Suite and five further rooms, plus a put up bed suitable for children/teenagers, accomodating up to thirteen guests.
Includes use of the roof terrace, dining room, spa, cinema room and courtyard with plunge pool.
*A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Eating at Maison MK
Maison mk offers a great dining experience from sunrise to sunset.
Breakfast
Breakfast alternates between Moroccan & French. Moroccan days include the ‘msimmen’ home made pancakes and Moroccan breads. French days have fabulous baguettes, pain au chocolat & pastries. Both days also have home made yoghurts, fresh eggs, just-squeezed orange juice, and fruit salad using the seasonal local fruits. Served anytime you want it.
Lunch
Lunch is a lighter affair served up on the roof terrace under the shaded canopies. Dishes include home smoked salmon, barbequed marinated skewers, pan fried red mullet, and mint pannacotta. Sip a glass of chilled rosé while the lunch chef prepares your fresh lunch for you. Prices are roughly 15 euros for a main courses

English Afternoon Tea
Served in the courtyard at Maison mk from 3pm until 4.30pm. Priced at € 25 per person. (Maximium of 8 people per day, closed Wednesdays)

Sandwiches : fillet of beef, cream cheese & chive, egg mayonnaise, and of course cucumber.
Freshly baked scones with whipped cream and jam.
Pastries : a selection of home baked cakes and pastries such as rich ginger chocolate cake, lemon tarte, chocolate macaroons, honey nut biscuits, and moroccan traditional pastries.
A selection of teas or coffees.
The jewel in the crown is our fabulous restautrant, Gastro mk.
A lovely fusion of Moroccan and modern French cooking, we serve a 5 course tasting menu priced at € 55 per person.
Dinner starts at 8pm and guests are invited to join us from 7pm for drinks on the roof terrace. We limit external guests to just 10 people per night and we close on Wednesdays.
Reservations are essential!

"They are running cookery courses, and I attended a half day course with Omar, their very talented chef. The morning included a trip to the market where I saw at first hand Omar buying the ingredients we needed for our tajine - as we bought meat, vegetables, herbs and spices I felt I was seeing behind the scenes at this fabulous market. Back to Maison MK to prepare lunch for us all and I have to say that Omar and his assistant were brilliant teachers - and very patient! We returned home with the recipes and will enjoy them again and again."

"I stayed at Maison MK for 5 days, I had a lovely time. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfy, there was everything to suit your needs in the room. I particularly enjoyed using the iPod speakers in the room to play music! Breakfasts were fantastic. Each day it alternated between French and Moroccan style breakfasts. I enjoyed sunbathing on the terrace with the lovely views, and when I was hot, it was nice to take a dip in the pool. It was nice to be able relax after a long day shopping and watch a movie in the cinema room, with some popcorn and a milkshake!
Overall, the Maison MK was very welcoming and had a calm relaxing atmosphere, I loved my stay."

Located on a quiet sidestreet in the L’ksour district, the most exclusive in the medina! 3mins walk to the main square through the souks. Neighbour to the famous Kif Kif boutique. Just a few mins walk out to the main Mohammed V road, where you can find a covered souk with fixed priced goods, and parks for walking or jogging. Easy access to taxis and the French area with its shops and cafes.
