Riad Meriem

Riad Meriem is located in the heart of the Medina, in the oldest quarter of Marrakech dating back to the 11th century, 5 minutes away from the main square, the Jemaa el Fna, and 1 minute from the entrance to the souks. The calm and tranquility in the Riad contrasts with the energetic pace of the streets of Marrakech.

This authentic Riad, is centered around a patio illuminated by a thousand lights at nightfall. Its small oriental swimming pool will delight you with its refreshing feel and the gentleness of its curves.

Riad Meriem can receive 10 guests in 2 suites and 3 double rooms, all offering unique decorations entirely crafted by Marrakechi artisans. Riad Meriem offers several lounges including the bhou where you will enjoy evening drinks by candlelight with a romantic view of the pool surrounded by bougainvilleas and palm trees. In the chimney lounge you can enjoy an aperitif by an open fire while in the tent lounge on the terrace you can repose a la Morrocan while sipping drinks.

With an excellent cook and dining areas in the patio, the chimney lounge and on the terrace, Riad Meriem offers the variety of dining al fresco with a view of the Atlas mountains or the romantic oriental plunge pool, or dining next to the winter warmth of the crackling fireplace.

Finally the terrace offers the experience of sunbathing and lounging in a spacious environment surrounded by bougainvilleas, fig and olive trees, and hibiscus with a view of the Koutoubia and the Atlas mountains. You will enjoy wonderful breakfasts as the sun rises over the Atlas mountains, midday lunches, and eating Moroccan dinners by candlelight in the Bedouin tent, an unforgettable experience.
